My name is Cristina Flores Santeliz. I was born and raised in Puerto Peñasco, also known as Rocky Point — I love my port town. I completed all of my studies in Puerto Peñasco, finishing with a law degree from the "Centro de Estudios Universitarios del Nuevo Occidente (CEUNO)."
